Day 1: Destination- Lake Mburo National Park, drive time 4 hours
Pick up at the hotel in Kampala capital city, and meet your trip leader for a warm welcome to the Pearl of Africa. Begin a short drive journey from Kampala to Western Uganda, via the Masaka route for 4 hours. En route, the Equator crossing is a must-stop spot on this short safari in Uganda.
After, proceed to Lake Mburo National Park to check-in at the safari lodges pre-booked for you. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise taking you on Lake Mburo for 2-3 hours and comes with astonishing sightings ranging from hippos, crocodiles, birds including fish eagles, kingfishers, etc.
